All our components used in our manufacturing process are sourced from credible and reputable suppliers. For coastal areas, special processes are used to prevent rust. Your security is our #1 priority and that’s why we don’t us plastic or nylon components.

The factory and showrooms of The Trellis Company are based in Pretoria and services the Greater Gauteng and surrounding areas. The rest of South Africa is serviced under a franchised system. The Trellis Company serves as a member of SASA (South African Security Association). Our factory premises are of a high standard and offer capacity for growth. We pride ourselves in delivering a quality product suitable for the South African environment at an affordable price, affording you peace of mind and security when you require it most.

What makes our product better? All our installation experts are trained inhouse – no outsourcing. They are then employed and thoroughly trained and uniformed accordingly and our installation vehicles are branded. Our sales consultants are trained to accommodate our valued clients and will provide you with a free quotation plus assistance. Although our normal lead times are between 3 – 5 working days, emergencies can be accommodated at very short notice.
